DESIGN

Should AI resolve the case, ask for review, or escalate it to a person?

AI handles

  • Summarise the context
  • Draft the response
  • Flag recurring patterns

Human owns

  • Approve exceptions
  • Make the customer promise
  • Remain accountable

Escalation boundary

A person decides when policy, risk, or customer impact is unclear.

From Agile to agentic work

AI changes more than the tool. It changes the operating model.

Agile established the discipline of learning through short feedback loops. AI-native work applies that discipline to human and AI decisions; agentic organizations extend it to selected workflows with governed autonomy.

AI-assisted work
People still own the existing workflow. AI helps with individual tasks such as drafting, summarising, or analysis.

Faster tasks

Workflows, decisions, controls, exceptions, and learning loops are redesigned around the complementary strengths of humans and AI.

Redesigned work

Selected workflows use AI agents that pursue bounded goals, use approved tools, and act with a governed degree of autonomy.

Controlled autonomy

From knowledge to operating model

Learn the system. Practise the judgment. Change the work.

AgileKoç connects structured knowledge, scenario-based practice, and real team workflows. Existing Agile products continue; the system now expands toward human and AI organizations.

Frequently asked questions

What does AI-native mean?

AI-native means redesigning work around the strengths and limits of humans and AI. It goes beyond tool adoption: workflows, decision rights, controls, accountability, and learning loops are designed together.

How do Agile and AI-native work relate?

Agile provides short feedback loops, iterative learning, and adaptation under uncertainty. AI-native work carries those principles into workflows where humans and AI have explicit roles, decision rights, controls, and shared learning mechanisms.

What is an agentic organization?

An agentic organization runs selected workflows through AI agents that can pursue bounded goals, use approved tools, and take actions with controlled autonomy. It is not simply an organization that has deployed many agents.

Where should I start?

Start with the free AI-Native Work Foundations path. Its ten lessons cover work design, human and AI decision rights, agents, governance, experimentation, and a first workflow canvas.

What is RetroMatik?

RetroMatik is an anonymous, AI-supported retrospective room. A facilitator opens a room, participants answer without display names, AI groups the themes, the team votes and discusses, and the session closes with accepted actions.

What is Mastery?

Mastery is the second product path: short, realistic workplace roleplays with Socratic AI feedback for difficult conversations, stakeholder pressure, and team situations.

Do the existing Agile and Scrum products continue?

Yes. The existing Agile and Scrum learning paths, RetroMatik, Mastery, and the complete tool catalog remain available. AI-native organization design expands the direction; it does not remove the products already in use.

How does the 🪙 system work?

New accounts start with 🪙50. A RetroMatik room uses 🪙25; participants do not spend 🪙. Other AI actions show their cost before use.
